About Robert King

For the past 20 years, I have staked out a place on the Internet in order to draw attention to Bible prophecy as it relates to the Second Coming of Jesus Christ and the falsehood of the Watchtower's 1914 doctrine.

Some easy questions for Jehovah’s Witnesses

This article is a response to questions posed on this website  1. If you found the Watchtower contradicted the Bible which would you believe? This is a really just a preparatory question which should have an obvious answer, but it is designed to introduce the idea that there may be a disparity between the Watchtower and the Bible. Whatever errors are promulgated by the Watchtower— and [...]

Why does God allow his name to be hidden?

At John 17:26 Jesus said: "I have made your name known to them.” And at Matthew 6:9-10 Jesus says to pray for God's name to be sanctified and John 12:28 Jesus says "God glorify your name.” Despite the overwhelming scripture that illustrates the Almighty has His own unique name... what reason do you think the Tetragrammaton wasn't riddled throughout the new testament and used by the [...]

Life after death?

Virtually every religion claims that something survives the death of the body. The Scriptures do not teach that. Instead, a resurrection from the dead is the hope held out in the Scriptures-- waking up from non-existence. Unfortunately, this program did not air this week on shortwave. I am not sure what happened. Listen to it here

He learned obedience from the things he suffered

God can be anything or anyone he chooses. Although, apparently, Almighty God has a few limitations. Foremost, it is impossible for God to lie. Think of that. God cannot act unjustly. He simply cannot be untrue or hypocritical. By nature, God is loving and kind. So are people, for the most part. At least we are inclined that way. That is because in the beginning God [...]

They try to heal the breakdown of my people lightly

The June 2020 Watchtower has a couple of articles that are intended to help elders assist inactive JW’s return to the congregation. This is surely an ongoing trend— the exodus, that is. It is not possible to say with certainty how many have already left the organization. Quite likely it is hundreds of thousands. Perhaps millions. And considering the many persons who have studied and [...]

The Invisible War

Part 3 During the darkest days of WW2 the Watchtower’s president, Nathan Knorr, gave a public address oddly entitled: Peace— Can it Last? The Watchtower expected the war to end and a period of peace to follow. And they were right. Following through on that expectation Knorr established The Watchtower Bible College of Gilead (now just known as Gilead) in order to train missionaries, who [...]

Is the United Nations an 8th King?

All of Jehovah’s Witnesses hope for the Kingdom to come knowing that it will bring peace, health, happiness and prosperity, not to mention everlasting life. Those who long for the promises of God are eager to see Satan’s wicked world swept away— even though its passing will mean great hardships and a staggering loss of life. Since its very beginning, the Watchtower has proclaimed that we [...]

It is all about genocide

I have received a few inquires from readers who are wondering if this is the end of the worldwide preaching work of Jehovah’s Witnesses. The answer is no. There are places that are untouched by the infection. Besides, the pandemic will die out— probably sooner rather than later. They always do. That is how nature works. That is not to say the virus may not return. [...]
