Deliver us from the wicked one.—Matt. 6:13.
To live in harmony with the request “deliver us from the wicked one,” we must strive to be “no part of [Satan’s] world.” We must “not love either [Satan’s] world or the things in the world.” Doing so is an ongoing struggle. What a relief it will be when Jehovah answers this request by removing Satan and causing his wicked world to pass away! We must remember, though, that when Satan was hurled out of heaven, he knew that his time was short. Enraged, he does all he can to make us break our integrity. So we must keep praying for deliverance from him. Do you desire such a happy outcome? Then continue to pray for God’s Kingdom to sanctify God’s name and cause his will to be done on earth. Look to Jehovah to supply your spiritual and physical needs. Yes, be determined to live in harmony with the model prayer.—
There is a detectable tendency —an agenda, if you please. The goal is to convince Jehovah’s Witnesses that the Watchtower organization is a spiritual paradise and that all who come into the organization are in a protective bubble that is impenetrable by Satan. That is reflected in the day’s text, which implies that Satan is on the outside and has no influence as long as you stay in the bubble.
It is extremely clever since it is evident that the Devil rules over the world and his malevolent spirit permeates everything. The world exudes an evil influence —there’s no question about it. However, the Devil has a great deal of influence over Jehovah’s Witnesses via the deluding influence that emanates from the leadership. And that is what he has masterfully hidden.
As an example, consider the situation Paul confronted in the Corinthian congregation that impelled him to write the following: “I wish you would put up with me in a little unreasonableness. But, in fact, you are putting up with me! For I am jealous over you with a godly jealousy, for I personally promised you in marriage to one husband that I might present you as a chaste virgin to the Christ. But I am afraid that somehow, as the serpent seduced Eve by its cunning, your minds might be corrupted away from the sincerity and the chastity that are due the Christ.” —2 Corinthians 11:1-3
Why was the apostle so concerned that somehow the Corinthians might be corrupted by Satan? Was he worried that they were straying from the protective confines of spiritual paradise and subjecting themselves to the spirit of the world? No. Paul indicated that the source of the corruption was within the congregation and it emanated with those who Paul chided as the superfine apostles. Paul revealed that they were phonies —sons of Satan who had merely disguised themselves as ministers of righteousness, just as the Devil continually disguises himself as an angel of light.
Given the fact that the Corinthian congregation was presided over by Satan’s agents how is it that the Watchtower claims that first century Christians were in spiritual paradise? Obviously they were not. But in order to make the lie work the Watchtower claims that the superfine apostles typify the clergy.
The truth is, just as in the first century there are disguised agents of Satan among Jehovah’s Witnesses —even at the highest level. They may be the most eloquent speakers and teachers too, just like the superfine apostles were. That is part of the disguise.
The truth is, the demons have not been cast down from heaven, nor has the harvest begun. The Devil-sown weeds are not the clergy. They are phony anointed brothers, no doubt sown among the leadership of Jehovah’s Witnesses —comprising a composite man of lawlessness.
If anything betrays their satanic presence in a visible form it is the Silkeborg assembly hall. Only the most shuttered mind will deny what is plainly obvious. But like Paul exposed the evil presence of the superfine apostles before the eyes of the stupefied Corinthian Christians, it is my intent to expose the Watchtower’s evil eye of Horus assembly hall.
Casting light into the dark corners is what is needed. Don’t get me wrong, though, I do not expect anything to come of it. Jeremiah’s exposure of the evils within Jerusalem and the temple did not move the Jews at all and Jehovah ended up demolishing everything. Nonetheless Jeremiah stood at the gate and spoke Jehovah’s word.
Again, I am asking for your support. If you are so inclined, please push the video Jehovah’s Witnesses – In the Eye of Horus on your social networks. I have uploaded a YouTube version and a slightly different version on Facebook. If you are a member of a JW group please consider posting a link there. Sure, they’ll take it down, but so what? Again, please forward me any elder’s emails you may have. So far not one of you has. Instead of arguing among yourselves, why not help me expose this evil? I do not need any other details, like name or address —just emails. Thank you.
Again, I will leave you with a word from the Watchtower:
What results when a lie is let go unchallenged? Does not silence help the lie to pass as truth, to have freer sway to influence many, perhaps to their serious harm? What happens when misconduct and immorality are allowed to go unexposed and uncondemned? Is this not like covering over an infection without any effort to cure it and keep it from spreading? When persons are in great danger from a source that they do not suspect or are being misled by those they consider their friends, is it an unkindness to warn them? They may prefer not to believe the warning. They may even resent it. But does that free one from the moral responsibility to give that warning? – WT January 1, 1974
