Jesus said the good news of the Kingdom will be preached throughout the world and then the end will come. The Watchtower has been instrumental in accomplishing the global preaching work Christ foretold. To that end, the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society has published material in over 1,000 languages. The New World Translation has been published in over 100 languages. Since the end of the last world war, Gilead has trained thousands of missionaries and sent them to the ends of the earth.

As we know, Jehovah’s purpose is twofold. Paul explained that God intends to set up an administration to gather the chosen ones into the Kingdom, and secondarily to gather a great crowd from all nations who will survive the fiery end of this world and become the nucleus of the new world who will be the first people on earth to live without the evil influence of Satan and the demons.

However, what is the end? Jesus said the good news will be preached and then the end will come. Is it the end of the world or something else?

To shed light on that question consider the 13th chapter of Mark, which is worded somewhat differently. It says: “As for you, look out for yourselves. People will hand you over to local courts, and you will be beaten in synagogues and be put on the stand before governors and kings for my sake, for a witness to them. Also, in all the nations, the good news has to be preached first. And when they are taking you to hand you over, do not be anxious beforehand about what to say; but whatever is given you in that hour, say this, for you are not the ones speaking, but the holy spirit is. Furthermore, brother will deliver brother over to death, and a father a child, and children will rise up against parents and have them put to death. And you will be hated by all people on account of my name. But the one who has endured to the end will be saved.”

In the passage above Jesus is quoted as saying that “the good news has to be preached first.” First, before what? First, before Christians are handed over to the courts and beaten in the synagogues. First, before brothers betray brothers to death. First, before children have their parents put to death. The one who endures to the end of their life or the end of Satan’s world will be saved.

As Jesus said, heaven and earth would sooner pass away than his words go unfulfilled. Since these things are certain to come to pass that means that the preaching of the good news will come to an end followed by a brief period of intense persecution, resulting in spiritual brothers and family members betraying their former friends and loved ones to death.

What can possibly account for such a horrendous outcome as Jesus foretold? The prophecy of Jeremiah sheds light on the situation that leads up to it: “For among my people there are wicked men. They keep peering, as when birdcatchers crouch down. They set a deadly trap. It is men whom they catch. Like a cage full of birds, so their houses are full of deception. That is why they have become powerful and rich. They have grown fat and smooth; they overflow with evil. They do not plead the legal case of the fatherless, that they may gain success; and they deny justice to the poor.” — Jeremiah 5:26-28

The first-century Corinthian congregation had been infiltrated by wicked men whom Paul said had disguised themselves as ministers of righteousness. A similar phenomenon has occurred among the leadership of the Watchtower. Wicked men have set a deadly trap for all of Jehovah’s Witnesses. As Jehovah noted, they do not plead the legal case of the oppressed child. On the contrary, they are the legal adversaries of sexually abused children. They have become powerful and rich, exploiting free labor to construct grand palatial dwellings for themselves; ripping off the congregations by shuttering their places of meeting and selling dedicated Kingdom halls for profit. Now they have seated themselves on the throne of Christ by countermanding Jesus. They have grown fat and smooth and overflow with evil.

The Governing Body claim to be the voice of a modern-day prophet. Their interpretation of prophecy is not allowed to be questioned. Christ has come.  The glorious Second Coming occurred 107 years ago. The parousia is a non-event. Jehovah goes on to say: “Something appalling and horrible has occurred in the land: The prophets prophesy lies, and the priests dominate by their own authority. And my own people love it that way. But what will you do when the end comes?” — Jeremiah 5:30-31

One of the many lies promoted by the Watchtower has to do with the wild beast of Revelation. The Watchtower prophets falsely claim that Satan and his angels were cast down from heaven in 1914 and as a result, the head of the wild beast was slain and miraculously came back to life. The lying prophets say that the hour of judgment began when the League of Nations was formed. The phony prophets say that the beast conquered the two witnesses and the 42 month war has long since ended. And Jehovah’s Witnesses love to be lied to.

The deadly trap is set. Already the nations are preparing for the next world war. The British Empire has made it clear that China is not going to be allowed to prosper and complete its One Belt Initiative. Before the decrepit Anglo empire collapses there will be war—a war the likes of which the world has never before experienced; a war so terrible that it will require divine intervention or else there would be no survivors.

The cutting short of the tribulation will commence the 42 month period. Then will begin the time of the end. Preaching the good news will have come to an end. That is when the mortally wounded beast will rise from the abyss to war against the chosen ones. That is when the sons of God will be hauled before governors and kings. That is when the deadly trap will be sprung on the Watchtower worshippers who will become the persecutors and betrayers of the brothers of Christ.

Indeed, what will you do when the end comes?
