    Bible Hub Rocks!
Like it better than Bible Gateway because it has less advertisements.
I like Matthew Henry for general commentary. I actually thought he may have been anointed. He’s still tainted by Christendom, but has some very profound and clear insights.

Ellicot stands out as good. Barnes has some good insight.

I don’t have details from the WT on which are used by them.
I’ve spent hours perusing the commentaries on Hub and I find that it’s fairly clear when you stumble across BTG’s garbody gook vs. well thought out biblical reasoning.

Thanks Huldah! Yes I am really enjoying Bible Hub, esp having access to the interlinears & commentaries. They have a good phone app too. And I will have to take a closer look at Matthew Henry’s.

(Unlike most I never worried about reading them as I had heard years ago from an old Gilead brother that even Bethel has some of them in their library that the brothers rely on. But I was just curious which ones they used and why.)

I’ve been trying to get brothers at Bethel to read my commentaries for years. So far it doesn’t seem to have gotten through. It will probably take some serious nuclear power to get them in the proper frame of mind
