The Coming Judgment of Jehovah

2019-10-01T13:18:38-04:00April 14th, 2014|Page Two|

(This article was contributed by one of Jehovah's Witnesses. Edited by Robert King) In the near future those who love and worship Jehovah God, and who desire to follow and obey his Son, will have a life and death decision to make. Their lives and the lives of their children and their families will hang in the balance – on the words of Jesus Christ – [...]

Christ’s Future Ministry

2022-09-30T12:05:47-04:00March 18th, 2016|Commentary|

Friday, March 18 See, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!—John 1:29. Jesus explained that he came, “not to be ministered to, but to minister and to give his life as a ransom in exchange for many.”  The “many” who would benefit from Jesus’ ransom were not to be limited to repentant Jews. Rather, it is God’s will that “all sorts of [...]

They will know that a prophet was among them

2019-09-19T14:22:53-04:00May 13th, 2019|Ezekiel|

At the 2018 Annual Meeting of the Watchtower Society, a new publication was released entitled Pure Worship of Jehovah—Restored at Last. The very title epitomizes the core message of the Watchtower Bible Society, that being —the existence of Jehovah’s Witnesses is a result of the fulfillment of prophecy regarding God’s purpose to bring into existence a holy organization for his praise. While there is no [...]

In response to Rolf Furuli Ph.D

2023-11-13T17:06:12-05:00May 31st, 2020|Page Two|

Someone sent me a PDF of your new book the other day— My Beloved Religion and the Governing Body. I am taking this opportunity to respond to one portion of it regarding the appointed times of the nations. Since you are basically expanding upon the Watchtower’s long-held explanation of the so-called Gentile times it is also a response to the Watchtower and Jehovah’s Witnesses in general. [...]

The Things Concealed Belong to Jehovah

2020-06-28T09:04:37-04:00June 28th, 2020|Commentary|

Sunday, June 28 The serpent said to the woman: “You certainly will not die.” —Gen. 3:4. Adam no doubt knew that serpents cannot talk. So he may have surmised that a spirit creature had spoken with Eve through the serpent. (Gen. 3:1-6) Adam and Eve knew virtually nothing about this spirit. Even so, Adam made a conscious choice to turn his back on his loving heavenly [...]

The Man of Lawlessness and “the Lie”

2024-09-06T18:52:11-04:00September 6th, 2024|Video Transcripts|

(00:02): You know, there is such a thing as truth. Remember Pontius Pilate when he was examining Jesus, and um, he asked Jesus, well, what is truth? Wasn't really a question, but, uh, an expression of doubt. But there is a truth. For example, there's such a thing as male and female. No one ever questioned that until <laugh> a few years ago. And now [...]

Part 4 – July 2013 Watchtower Review

2019-10-01T14:28:27-04:00April 21st, 2013|WT Review|

In order to keep the 1914 myth intact the Watchtower has since then promoted the notion that Jesus has two thrones. Supposedly, he sat down on his kingly throne in 1914, but he has not really commenced the work of a king in carrying out any sort of judgment within the earthly realm of his domain.

The reason the Watchtower is compelled to fabricate a secondary throne for Jesus is because in his parable of the sheep and the goats (Matthew 25:31) emphasis is placed upon the Son of man arriving with all of his angels as he sits down upon his glorious throne.

Will there be another world war?

2019-10-01T13:58:28-04:00September 18th, 2013|Mailbag|

QUESTION: Do you think there will be another world war, and if so, is it prophesied in the Bible?

______________________________________________

ANSWER: Yes. There is definitely going to be another world war – consider it to be the last of a three-part series that began in 1914.

Jehovah’s Witnesses have been deluded by the Watchtower into imagining that virtually all prophecy (except for a few trifling details) were fulfilled in the 1914-1919 period and that there cannot be another world war because it would only leave a few survivors – if any. Ironically, this delusion is, itself, also prophesied in the Scriptures.
