    Shortwave Program Archives

    A few years ago I produced 16 half-hour instructional programs on the basic Bible teachings of Jehovah's Witnesses. I bought primetime aire time from a shortwave broadcaster of religious programs and uploaded one new program every weekend. The programs were broadcasted over Europe, Africa and parts of Asia.

    Anyway, for various reasons I did not renew my contract; but for those newer listeners who may not be aware, the archives of the programs are located on e-watchman.tv  (I spoke slowly on purpose because English is not the first language of most listeners)

    The reach of shortwave is hard to ignore. I am thinking about starting the program up again. Just thinking...

    DOWNLOAD eight programs (More to be uploaded later)

    You have done a lot of stuff! I listened to the first one. Good work.

    Perhaps put them all up onto youtube as well? even if they are radio/audio files. I think people would still listen to them (add a few pictures, etc). Maybe just upload the first programme to YT then provide the link to the website?

    Robert,

    Could you put these files into a "WinRAR" -- compressed single folder so we could download them?

    I don't know how to do a WinRaR but I uploaded 8 programs to the Jehovah Has Become King downloads site http://e-watchman1.squarespace.com/shortwave/

    EWatchman;

    Ok. I see. Thanks! I'll down load all of them. A winRAR is simply a compressed file that uses this popular program. It compresses --whatever it is-- and makes it smaller to transmit it via the internet taking up less room, space and bandwidth.

    This might sound strange coming from an atheist, but I've listened to all of these, and I enjoyed them. Melvinvines idea isn't bad either. You could make these into videos. Many popular Youtube channels make their videos from audio files first and then mix in stock video and pictures. You can even use copyrighted stuff like movies, as long as you are not profitting from it. Your videos count as educational, so you have fair use on your side. You really don't need a camcorder to make good videos. All you need is a microphone and video editing software. Grab some pictures and some stock video from the Internet or rip them from DVD's. Throw it in your project to match your narration.

    I have now downloaded programs 1 to 13. Please remember to upload the remaining ones (14, 15, 16). Thanks.
