Finally someone points out the fact of Noah and his family entering into the ark “7” days prior to the flood waters release…then Jehovah (Closing the door). They waited a whole week inside the ark. What I find interesting about the seven days, is there could be a parallel with the “two” time periods spoken of in Daniel and Revelation, both of around 3.1/2 days totaling “7 prophetic days” or in “our” case “7 years” of tribulation.
I love how you dovetailed Jesus other illustrations regarding the cutting off point of the heavenly choosing. Doors closing, people knocking.
Doors shut, doors opened i.e. the sheep pen of John chapter 10.
Another interesting point about the ark; It is very illustrative of not only spirit begotten who are declared righteous thus Holy entering the ark. But the animals that were preserved consisted of “unclean” and of “clean” the clean were brought in by seven’s, the unclean were brought in only by two’s.
I have not figured the whole thing out yet but I do believe every thing that entered the ark was symbolic of how things will unfold before the tribulation during the tribulation and then after the tribulation. Ultimately “Armageddon”

Another illustrative scriptural event that may help us round out some coarse corners of our impending future…
Pay attention to the event that befell Joshua directly before he started his Jericho campaign (Joshua 5:13-15) Jesus presented himself as the “Prince of the army of Jehovah” Joshua was required to remove his sandals due to the fact he was standing on Holy land… This could have been symbolic of the “then” future glorification of Jesus in Kingly power.

You said that Angels are not immortal? Since they are in "spirit" form, they should have an infinite lifespan. Not saying they can't die from something but where does that information come from you talked about? I do believe there are Angels that are millions of years old (perhaps all of them), sure seems immortal to me. But again, not saying they can't die but as long as they are in spirit form life must be eternal. ??????
QUESTION
If an Angel took human form, would they be susceptible to harm from a human that struck, shot or otherwise tried to hurt one? Would the Angels that took human form be vulnerable like us? Subject to our reality and laws of physics? Obviously, I have no desire or intention to attack an Angel. --I am sure I would die and frankly, I don't want to die! LOL
I know, the bible does not touch on my questions but something seems to be amiss in this whole equation and the separation of "powers.".

An angel in physical form would still possess powers that he could sustain in the spirit realm.Just because he puts on a biomechanical suit does not mean he forsake his powers.obviously with that in mind, you have to consider rank and position to even measure his power. In my opinion, I think as far as bullets or weapons go,an angel wouldnt have to move really, he would probrally dodge the bullet or split it in half with a sword. He may even let it hit him to show you he feels no pain and is uneffected by injury to the flesh. not to mention I'm sure as soon as the bullet is passing through the barrel, from 2 miles away he could have a blade through your throat with one slice before your muscles let loose off the gun and your body hits the floor. maybe they can effect the surroundings around them to the point where you couldn't get within 100 yards of them.Imagine if you stared at an angel or demon in the eyes and it stared back, and just from the stare it brought you to your knees because the very presence and raise in spiritual pressure become strong enough to fatigue you and caused your lungs to weaken.basicly without brute force, showing you the contrast between an infant and a mountain! Remember this is just my opinion.I think people have a hard time comprehending the spirit realm because of hollywood and dumbed down intepretations of what an angel or demon are capable of.My question I've had for a number of years is, If the angels and demons were to battle it out on the earth do you think we would notice,and is there any evidence on the planet that there was a battle between a demon or angel at some point? these are the kind of topics I think about frequently too.
Why does every one want to talk about stupid demons.. I had to listen to those story’s as a little kid in the car group when I was trapped in the car between return visits.. And every one had there demon story’s...
It's like if some one had an experience with them then the invisible or “spiritual realities” are more believable.
I could swear some of brothers and sisters were almost bragging about the experiences..

Yes there important to be aware of, and it’s important for us to understand there (the demons) ultimate desire is to trip us up or ruin our relationship with God… basically kill us….

There's a book available called "Angels & Demons" written by the Master of Ceremonies himself of the "Benny Hinn Ministries" it sounds good, and sometimes tune in to his t.v. program, (dont have any guilt ab this anymore ) and found that B,H. is 'stealing his material from the WT Society publications' ..and the newly released book has taken him decades to finalise..ho hum
The great 'War in Heaven' is coming up when the "accuser of the brothers in Christ" will do battle with his angels (demons) against the King of king & Lord of Lords (with His angels) and be cast down to the earth, having great anger, directed primarily towards the Kingdom heirs, the Remnant (Revelation 12)
Ephesians 6:12 says "for we have a fight, not ag flesh and blood, but against 'principalities, against demonic powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, ag spiritual wickedness, in high places"
This "wilderness" in Rev 12 represents 'the way' through which Christ Jesus leads His Sons to their eternal inheritance. It is the 2nd 'Exodus'
The 'children of Israel ' were fed by the manna, in the wilderness, and Jesus said, "I am the true Manna" 1John 5:32-58

How wrong can anyone be at this pinnacle time in the history of 'man'
WE are soooo not " all on our own" to travel on the 'narrow roadway' to life....of course we rely daily, on the true God, and His beloved Son, that's the 'only LIFE' and where the real future lies....
However, there has to be reasons as to why e-watchman, has "thrown the BABY OUT with the bathwater" dont you agree...??

being enlightened with the true interpretation of certain bible prophecies, and expounding on them why else do you think Revelation 7:1-4 is in the future, the "angels are holding back the 4 winds (whole earth) of destruction" for this very purpose.
So just how difficult would it be for anyone, E-WATCHMAN,
to simply apply the discrimination rule of thumb, and eliminate the 'riff raff' the 'proud & haughty thickets' and those without gratitude for your hard labour,and sacrifice....??
Abandonment by Jws and ex-JWs is the standard norm. It is easy to simply walk away. Besides, Anon, Proxy, Daniel, and a few others have driven away the "spirit" of the forum.
In regarding resurrection:
There are no passages or texts in the Scriptures which speak of a resurrection to intangible spirit life in heaven. This teaching is only arrived at by the making of certain incorrect assumptions. The theory of going to heaven at death resulted from the development of pagan Greek philosophy. Because all matter was viewed as evil it meant that one must escape it. According to this theory when the body dies the soul separates and goes off to heaven. However, the Bible presents a holistic view of man; so that body, soul and spirit are inseparable at death. A search of an exhaustive concordance reveals that the word heaven is never shown to be the destination of Christians. The texts of John 14:2; 2 Corinthians 5:1-9; Philippians 1:21-23; 3:14 and Hebrews 6:19-20 are only assumed by tradition to refer to going to heaven. In fact, the word heaven is not mentioned in these texts. Further, it has been assumed that because Jesus offered his disciples “the kingdom of heaven” he was offering heaven as a destination. Yet the ‘kingdom of heaven’, that is ‘the kingdom of God’, was linked with things that to a Jew, which most Christians were for many decades, would be on earth—paradise, Israel and Jerusalem. Even Jesus, as “the beginning, the firstborn from the dead” (Col. 1:17), was resurrected on earth and not to heaven. Of course, after 40 days he did ascend to Jehovah’s right hand in heaven so that he could function as High Priest. However, he never promised his followers a resurrection to heaven.
