Trapped Chilean miner thanks Jehovah

Samuel AvalosEvidently one of the 33 trapped Chilean miners is one of Jehovah's Witnesses, or Testigos de Jehova en Espanol.
The situation drips with irony. Several of the trapped miners have been found out to be adulterers, when both the wives and their mistresses showed up at the mine site carrying the same photos of their loved one. What drama! - TELEGRAPH
So, now all these guys are trapped for the next four months with one of Jehovah's Witnesses. While the miners may have dismissed the Testigos when they came knocking, it is a different situation for them now. Talk about a captive audience!
When Paul was being taken to Rome to have his day in court the ship he was aboard was wrecked by a fierce storm, but Jehovah spared the entire number of people on the vessel because of Paul's presence and his intercession for them.
Our prayers are with Samuel Avalos and his 32 trapped "householders."
