Why I'm Proud to be A Jehovah's Witness
Friday, July 22, 2011 at 10:02AM
A 16-year-old Jehovah’s Witness from Aylesbury, who is due to be baptised at a convention attended by thousands, has spoken about her life and her religion.
Chantelle Fisher, who lives in Bicester Road, has been an active member of the much-maligned religious movement for the past six years.
She said: “I was brought up in the truth, as we call it, and have often had to defend my faith from my classmates.”
The Aylesbury Vale Academy pupil is being baptised at a large Witnesses convention in Milton Keynes this Saturday.
